Directions for use:
Commercial fryer : 175°C for ± 3 – 4:00 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Shake the fry-basket above oil-level after 30 seconds.
Fan Assisted Oven : 200°C for ± 15 – 20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
