Quick frozen Cranberries prepared from fresh clean sound Cranberries processed and frozen in accordance with good commercial practice. The dimensions of the berries should be approximately 20 ±10mm in diameter. Frozen free flowing Cranberries which should possess a clean delicate natural flavour of Cranberry with no off flavours present. The Cranberries should exhibit a consistent ripe red colour with little significant variation in a given sample. The texture should be good with all Cranberries firm but succulent.
