Pastry Case (33%) (Wheat Flour, Vegetable Fats And Oils (palm, Coconut, Rapeseed), Colour (carotene), Sugar, Free Range Egg, Water, Salt, Skimmed Milk Powder), Double Cream (Milk), Sugar, Lemon Juice (11%) (lemon Juice (from Concentrate), Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide) (Sulphites)), Whole Egg, Lemon Curd (3.4%) (sugar, Glucose Fructose Syrup, Water, Lemon Juice (from Concentrate) (4%), Maize Starch, Palm Oil, Dried Whole Egg, Rapeseed Oil, Gelling Agent (pectin), Acid (citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (sodium Citrate), Lemon Oil, Colour (beta Carotene), Antioxidant (ascorbic Acid)), Tapioca Starch, Lemon Zest (0.7%), Flavouring.
Directions for use:
Keep frozen at -18oC or colder until ready to defrost
Storage instructions:
Storage: Store at -18°C or colder. Defrost for 6 - 8 hours before serving.
Once defrosted consume within 5 days
Ambient: Store in an air tight container in a cool dry place.
