The product is made of whole potatoes peeled cut mixed with other ingredients and formed into oval shaped hashbrowns. Thereafter they are precooked in fat quick frozen and packed.

Ingredients:
Potatoes, Sunflower Oil, Seasoning (onion Powder, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (e621), Canola Oil, White Pepper), Stabiliser (e450), Dextrose.
Directions for use:
Frying:
Preheat frying oil to 175ºC (347ºF). Fry quantity (min. 500g) for about 3-3½ minutes until golden yellow and crispy.
Oven:
Preheat the oven at 220ºC (428ºF) (gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity oval shaped hashbrowns (± 500g) equally on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the oval shaped hashbrowns for about 15-18 minutes.
Meanwhile turn them until golden yellow and crispy. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period. Preparation time will be shorter in a turboheating.
