SO EASY TO COOK:
For best results - cook from frozen in an oven. All appliances vary the following are guidelines only. Remove all packaging.
Oven bake: Preheat the oven to 220ºC/425ºF/Gas Mark 7. Place on a baking tray and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes. Turn half way through cooking. For fan assisted ovens cooking time should be reduced by approximately 2 minutes. For best results refer to manufacturers handbook.
Deep Fry: In hot oil or fat (160ºC/320ºF) for approximately 5 minutes. Drain well before serving.
