Ingredients:
Tapioca Starch, Dextrose, Rice Flour, Maltodextrin (potato, Maize), Yeast Extract, Salt, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavouring, Onion Powder, Sunflower Oil, Colour (ammonia Caramel), Garlic Powder, Caramelised Sugar, Black Pepper.
Directions for use:
Empty contents of one sachet (500g) of Demi-Glace mix into 4.5 to 5 litres (depending on consistency) of either cold or warm water. Stir constantly slowly bring to the boil continue to stir and lower heat. Cook for a further 5 minutes again continue to stir and serve. Alternatively 100g into 1 litre and prepare as above.
