Directions for use:
Important: This product is raw and must be cooked.
Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and temperature >75°C achieved for at least 30 secs before serving.
Do not re heat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Warning: Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure bones are removed from this product there may be instances where small fragments remain.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below.
Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
