Lemon Filling contains : Water, Sugar, Pasteurised Whole EGG, Modified Starch, Butter (MILK) (3,6%), Lemon Juice (1,1%), Glucose, Sweet Whey (MILK) Powder, Vegetable Palm Oil, Glucose Syrup, EGG White, Lemon Flavouring, Natural Flavourings, Salt, Colour (Beta Carotene, Carrot Extract), Acidifier (Citric Acid), Whey (MILK).
Pastry contains: WHEAT Flour, Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat and Oil (Palm, Rapeseed, (Emulsifier (Mono & Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)), Colour (Beta Carotene), Aroma), Sugar, Pasteurised Whole EGG, Water, Raising Agents (Sodium Pyrophosphate Acid, Sodium Bicarbonate, WHEATStarch), Salt, EGG White. Glaze contains: Water, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Gelling Agent (Pectin, Carrageenan, Xanthan Gum), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Calcium Chloride).
Directions for use:
Defrost 5 to 6 hours in the fridge.
Oven: Reheat in the oven between 160 - 180°C for 10 minutes.
Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
