An elegant oil with a slightly fruity flavour and a smooth finish, characterised by having no pepperiness on the back of the throat.
It’s made by our long-term Italian olive oil partners, Giorgio Gaziello and his son Marco, using hand-harvested Taggiasca olives.
Use it for dressing dishes such as salads, carpaccio and grilled vegetables.
