De Cecco Chifferi Rigati (Elbows) 500g No 33

The Chifferi Rigati are tubular and elbow bent and from the northern and central regions of Italy. They tend to be about 17mm but their thickness can vary from 1.05mm to 1.15mm. They are exceptionally tasty served with quite light and simple sauces such as tomato or egg and cheese based condiments.
