Pasta (56%): Flour 00 ( Wheat), Pasteurised Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.
Filling (44%): Leeks (66%), Unsalted Butter (Milk), Emmental Cheese (Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet) (17%), Ricotta Cheese (Milk), Salt, Black Pepper.
Dusted With Rice Flour
Directions for use:
Cooking Instructions: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling water.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen at -18 C. To maintain quality do not defrost cook straight from frozen.
