This material should be stored as follows:
In a dry environment preferably < 65% relative humidity. Cool conditions preferably between 10-20ºC. Rapid temperature fluctuation in excess of 5°C in any 24-hour period should be avoided. The product should not be subject to any draughts. Avoid direct light and sources of ignition. Do not store close to strong smelling materials e.g.
flavours spices perfumes or cleaning materials as sugar will easily absorb odours.
Under the above conditions the product has an indefinite shelf life.
