Diced Mixed Peppers Frozen 2.5kg
The diced peppers are prepared from fresh clean and healthy peppers derived from the genus Capsicum annuum L. The product is flash blanched.
The process should ensure stability of colour and flavour and the product temperature should not be warmer than -18oC.

Ingredients:
Green Peppers (50%), Red Peppers (50%).
Directions for use:
Heat until core reaches 80°C.
Pot: Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to boil. Drain and season to taste.
Microwave: Put the desired quantity of frozen product in a non-metallic microwaveable bowl cover and cook stirring occasionally.
Storage instructions:
Store frozen at -18°C or below.
Storage Defrosted: Keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
