Ingredients:
Tomatoes 28%, Pre-fried Vegetables 25% (16% Eggplant, Onions 9%, Sunflower Oil), Grilled
Vegetables 21% (15% Zucchini, Green Peppers 3%, Red Peppers, Sunflower Oil), Tomato Sauce, Water,
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.6%, Tomato Paste, Sugar, Salt, Thickener Modified Corn Starch, Onion Powder.
Directions for use:
Cook from frozen
- In Microwave:
Place the ratatouille into a microwave dish and cook for the following time*:
For 250 g: 6-7 minutes
For 500 g: 9-10 minutes
Leave aside in the closed microwave during one minute after cooking time.
*Time given for a 900 Watts microwave
- In a pan:
Place the ratatouille into a fry-pan and cook over high heat.
For 250 g: 6-11 minutes stirring regularly
For 500 g: 9-11 minutes stirring regularly.
Storage instructions:
Keep frozen below -18oC
